Refund request must be made via phone call. Our number is ???. We are open daily from 9am -10pm est . Refund requests must be made within 5 days of the tour and must include ticket receipt purchased. No requests will be considered without your ticket and proof of purchase.  Refunds are not available on unused segments of a tour or unused admissions.

All tour passengers must by 21 years or older.

Yes. When you start your order, you will have to choose the day you believe you are touring. However, we do understand that plans change so you have one year from the date of purchase to use your ticket. After one year, it will expire.

Where do I pick up my tickets?2019-12-06T05:00:14+00:00

For all bus tours, your tour guide will simply do a roll call and you will be on your way.

For online bookings through our website, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For group bookings made by email, phone or fax, the same credit cards are accepted. Company and school checks are also accepted at least two weeks in advance of service. We also offer, Apple pay, and Zell
